You must log into SCInterface in order to use it. Please note that username and password are case sensitive (you must enter capital and lowercase letters exactly).

To log In:
  1. In a web browser, enter the URL of your SCInterface client. This URL may be in the form http://xxx.scinterface.com.
  2. On the login page, enter your Username and Password.
  3. Click the Login button. This will log you into SCInterface.

Depending on the number of sensors under your control, logging into SCInterface may take a few seconds while the SCM queries all your sensors. SCInterface will not query all the sensors under your control during login if you select the Status off checkbox.

For those who wish to use a mobile device such as a cell phone or PDA (personal digital assistant), there is also a PDA interface for SCInterface available interface called PocketSCI™. If you access the main login page from a PDA device, the interface should detect this and recommend that you navigate to the PDA interface. Web browsers with Javascript disabled will also be displayed a login page without a reference to login to the PDA interface.
