If you have trouble with a Sensor in SCInterface, you may request help by sending a message either to the owner of the Sensor, or the owner of the SC that controls it. This is done from the Configuration page of the Sensor that is giving you problems.
To submit a support request:
- Click the "Admin" tab.
- Click the "Sensor Admin" tab.
- Click the name of the Sensor for which you would like help.
- Click the "Jump To Configuration" tab.
- You will see the support area at the bottom of the screen. Choose a recipient for your message (either the Sensor owner or SC owner). The more descriptive the title and description you provide, the better the owner may help you.
- If you would like to receive a copy of your support request, click the Send me a copy checkbox.
- Click the "Submit Ticket" button. At the top of the screen, you will see a message showing the success or failure of your support request.
