If you have trouble with an application in SCInterface, you may request help by sending a message either to the owner of the application, or the owner of the SC that controls it. This is done from the Configuration page of the Application that is giving you problems.
To submit a support request:
Click the "Admin" tab.
Click the "App Admin" tab.
Click the name of the Application for which you would like help.
Click the "Jump To Configuration" tab.
You will see the support area at the bottom of the screen. Choose a recipient for your message (either the app owner or SC owner). The more descriptive the title and description you provide, the better the owner may help you.
If you would like to receive a copy of your support request, click the Send me a copy checkbox.
Click the "Submit Ticket" button. At the top of the screen, you will see a message showing the success or failure of your support request.
